Reason to Hope Breakfast
Reason to Hope Breakfast
Alzheimer’s Association – Florida Gulf Coast Chapter
April 3rd 8 – 9 A.M.
Marriott St. Petersburg
12600 Roosevelt Blvd.
Dear Medical Practitioner:
An estimated 197,000+ persons live with Alzheimer’s disease in the Florida Gulf Coast Chapter’s 17 county service region, including about 35,000 in Pinellas County.
67% of all Alzheimer’s caregivers are “in career” adult children of persons living with the disease.
Annual direct and indirect costs of Alzheimer’s disease to U.S. business is an estimated $61 billion! Employers are hurt by employee absenteeism, workday disruption, decreased productivity and increased turnover of their care-giving employees.
On April 3rd 8 A.M., the Alzheimer’s Association - Florida Gulf Coast Chapter will host the Third Annual REASON to HOPE Breakfast at the Marriott St. Petersburg.
Medical practitioners, business executives, and government leaders are invited to become familiar with the Alzheimer’s Association – Florida Gulf Coast Chapter services that lighten the Caregiver’s burden and reduce the disease’s financial costs to caregivers and…to businesses like yours.
Let your employees, suppliers, and clients know that you stand beside them in the fight against Alzheimer’s disease!
There is no charge for the breakfast but reservations are a must! Reservation deadline is March 15th!
Practices or firms may wish to host a table of 8 – again at no charge. Sponsorships are available and an opportunity to support the Chapter’s mission will be given at the conclusion of the one hour program.
